We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, our Refunds & Exchange policy is here to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact. You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it’s been approved.
Kindly note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size, style, or product of equal value. To start an exchange, contact us at help@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the original item is returned and approved, we’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost (within Canada).
If the new item costs more or less than your original purchase, we’ll either refund the difference or request payment for the balance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email help@example.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize a fast resolution with either a replacement or full refund.
