Shipping Information
We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $100 CAD
Express Shipping (Canada): 1–3 business days — Rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary by destination
Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed. We do our best to keep you informed every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns are free for Canadian orders.
International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to help@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
